These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VEVRO Wallet website and services ("VEVRO," "we," "us," or "our").

By using VEVRO, you agree to these Terms.

1. VEVRO Wallet

VEVRO Wallet provides digital-wallet functionality and related technology and information.

The VEVRO website itself is primarily an informational and service-access platform. VEVRO does not directly process financial or cryptocurrency transactions through the public website.

Certain transaction and payment functionality may be provided through third-party services, including MoonPay.

2. MoonPay Third-Party Services

VEVRO may integrate with or provide access to MoonPay for certain cryptocurrency purchase, sale, payment, or other transaction-related functionality.

MoonPay is an independent third-party service provider.

When you use MoonPay functionality, the transaction or related service may be provided directly by MoonPay and may be subject to MoonPay's separate Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, fees, eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, verification requirements, and other applicable policies. MoonPay's current legal materials specifically state that additional terms may apply to its services. 

VEVRO does not control MoonPay's services and is not responsible for MoonPay's independent services, transaction processing, verification decisions, fees, availability, policies, or requirements, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

3. Transactions

When a transaction is initiated using MoonPay or another third-party provider, you are responsible for reviewing the transaction details and the applicable third-party terms before authorizing the transaction.

Transaction processing, identity verification, payment processing, cryptocurrency delivery, fees, limits, and related services may be handled by the applicable third-party provider.

4. Third-Party Terms

Your use of MoonPay or another third-party service may create a separate contractual relationship between you and that provider.

You agree that VEVRO is not a party to your separate agreement with MoonPay.

MoonPay's own Terms of Use explain that its services may be accessed through third-party partner interfaces and that applicable MoonPay and third-party terms may apply. 

5. Wallet Security

You are responsible for protecting your wallet credentials, passwords, authentication information, recovery information, and other security information under your control.

Never provide private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, or other sensitive wallet credentials to anyone claiming to represent VEVRO unless the applicable VEVRO process expressly requires it.

6. Third-Party Services and Technology

VEVRO may rely on third-party technology providers, networks, applications, APIs, payment providers, cryptocurrency providers, and other services.

Third-party services may experience interruptions, changes, delays, security incidents, or other problems outside VEVRO's control.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

7. Fees

VEVRO may not control fees charged by third-party providers.

If you use MoonPay or another third-party service, that provider may charge its own transaction, processing, network, exchange, or other fees.

Applicable fees should be reviewed before confirming a transaction.

8. Digital Asset Risks

Digital assets can involve significant risks, including price volatility, cybersecurity risks, network failures, regulatory changes, transaction delays, and potential loss of value.

VEVRO does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice through this website.

9. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep VEVRO available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Third-party services, including MoonPay, may also have their own availability and service limitations.

10. Intellectual Property

The VEVRO name, trademarks, website content, graphics, designs, software, and other materials belonging to VEVRO may not be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization.

MoonPay's name, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property belong to MoonPay or its licensors.

11. Disclaimer

VEVRO Wallet is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services.

Nothing on the VEVRO website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VEVRO will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the website, VEVRO Wallet, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
